Project kick-off meeting in Lublin

Meeting highlights:

1. Decision in regard to communication channels
   • internal: e-mails, phone calls, Skype, Trello
   • external: project Website, Facebook, EPALE
2. Each organization must publish info about Yes We Can project on its Website.
3. We organize additional project meeting in Luxembourg.
4. Each organization has to describe 2 methods used in every day work for the Guide of Good Practices.
5. Patrizia will prepare forms to be used by all organizations after each meeting.
6. We will observe and exchange methods in order to exchange good practices and to adapt them in our organizations work.
7. Resume of partners presentations: we mostly work voluntarily, everybody did and does projects, we all work with people in danger of social exclusion, many of us work with immigrants and poor people.
8. Maison d’Africe will take care of logo of the project as well as Trello and will work on creating website of the project.
9. In October 2019, in Sardinia we should have draft of the Guide of Good Practices prepared.
10. We will prepare short press information every two months and make contacts with as many as possible TV’s, Newspapers and Oficials in our regions and cities.
11. Maison D’Africe will prepare a slide to put on our websites with the logo of the project.
12. Anthi will take care off official project page on Facebook
13. In Bucharest we must have final version of the Guide of the Good Pracicies.
14. Gladys will help with translations and making the tekst of the Guide “ more English”
