This project aim is to define, exchange and implement good practices for inclusion.

In the context of European socio-economic crisis and increased risk of social exclusion, one the most important task of social policies toward adults and elderly/disabled people is promoting of personal skills, creating of those situations of implementation and empowerment of personal attitudes.

The problems identified in this project are the result of an analysis done with the partners during a meeting in Warsaw. In the different realities we have all discovered that we need to include groups of weak individuals in society.

We expect that 8 organizations will learn about and will implement at least 1-2 new approaches towards the inclusion of people in danger of social exclusion from partners’ organizations of different scope, suitable to implement in their everyday work and for benefit of their beneficiaries.

We will write “The Guide of Good practices” according to our project achievements and to share our project outcomes and make short films in which we will present success stories of our beneficiaries. The films will be uploaded on YouTube.

The result will be the active confrontation through a work that involves several agencies that deal with inclusion.

These goals will be realized through: constant information exchange, and working together during transnational meetings and in between.

The Output of the project will be:

  • reports,
  • all materials collected for “The Guide of Good Practice”,
  • events video and videos of success stories of our participants.

The Outcome will be integration of participants of the project (professionally or socially) good practice exchange during the meetings, English language improvement, internationalization of the activities of organizations participating in the project and the possibility of establishing a network of
organizations permanently cooperating with each other after the end of the project.
